Recently, I have been helping my ex-band on their preparation for CCA promotion day. There's a whole lot of things to do. Good thing the teachers put the members into groups to do their individual task.
The band is slowly improving in their attendance and also their commitment. There are still some members who never come with invalid reason. That is something that need to be improve on. The committee members need to do something. Especially the official DM and BM for next year.
I can see that the DM and BM is slowly improving in their leadership qualities but there is still space for them to improve on. One thing for sure is that they have to take their own initiative to step up and do what is necessary, not waiting for instructions. In fact, they are the one who need to give instruction.
We'll see how things go in the long run. For now, they are still fresh from NCO camp. Give them a lil breather like a month or two to get things back up again.
